Jay D. Stephens
(October 29, 1946 - November 9, 2012)

Jay D. Stephens, 66 of Huntington passed away November 9, 2012 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington. He was born October, 29 1946, a son of the late Evelyn and Fisher Stephens. Mr. Stevens was a U.S. Army Veteran. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Mary K. Stephens, and three brothers; Robert Stevens, Delbert Stevens, and Ronnie Stevens. He leaves behind to cherish his memories; his loving wife, Alma Mae Stephens, three brothers; Edward Stevens, of Culloden, WV, Victor Stephens, of Radcliff KY, and Jerry Stephens of South Point OH. Several neices, nephews and freinds also survive. He will be greatly missed. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1:00pm Monday November 12, 2012 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Pastor Darrell Hutchinson officiating. Burial will follow in Stephens Familiy Cemetery (East Lynn WV). Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until service time at the Funeral Home. Arrangements are entrusted to Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington.
