Frances Louise Milligan

Frances Louise Milligan, 86 of Huntington passed away February 21, 2013 at Huntington Health & Rehabilition Center. She was born September 20, 1926 in Cabell County a daughter of the late John Ransbottom, and Pluma Taylor Ransbottom. She is survived by two Brother; John Ransbottom, and Larry Ransbottom both of Huntington and four sisters; Ann Brunson of Huntington, Sue Tawnay of Denver, CO, Carolyn Salyers of Cincinnati, OH, and Donna Hamlin of Chesapeake, OH. Private Graveside Services were held 1:00pm Friday February 22, 2013 at Spring Hill Cemetery.
