Robert C Wells
(September 9, 1928 - July 23, 2013)

Robert C. Wells, 84 of Huntington passed away July 23, 2013 at his residence. He was born September 19, 1928 in Huntington, WV a son of the late Harley C. Wells and Cecelia H. Ramsey Wells. He retired from CSX Railroad and was a 32nd Degree Mason. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother; James C. Wells. Survivors include his wife 62 years, Marie P. Wells, two sons; Michael C. Wells of Huntington, and Steven C. Wells (Carol) of Chesapeake, OH, 5 grandchildren; Melissa Clayton, Michael Wells, Melanie Boss, Heather Ball, Craig Wells, 12 Great-Grandchildren, and a very special friend; Nancy Welch. Graveside Services will be conducted at 10:30am Friday July 26, 2013 at Ridgelawn Memorial Park Chapel, Huntington. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home.
