Martha McClain Good
(April 18, 1931 - March 18, 2013)

Martha Ella Boggs McClain Good 81 of Columbus, Ohio formerly of Huntington, West Virginia went home to be with her Lord and savior Jesus Christ on the morning of March 18, 2013. She was born to the late James and Mattie Boggs, April 18, 1931 in Huntington, West Virginia. Martha graduated from Douglass High School in 1949 and received a BS from Marshall University class of 1980. she worked for the Huntington VA Hospital and retired from The Depot in Columbus, Ohio. She was married to the late Waldo Good and thereafter relocated to Columbus, Ohio where she resided until her passing. She enjoyed her friends, going to church and watching evangelical programming. Her frequent trips to visit family always kept her spirits high. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant brother, sister Eurdora Mullins and husband Waldo Good. She leaves to cherish her memories: Four children, Marie (William) Redd, Marcia Jones, Robert (Katrina) Jones, Sr., Herbert (Nida) Jones, brother Nicholas James Boggs, 9 grandchildren LeMarquis Redd, D'Ann Roache, Brittany Jones, Jasmine Jones, Robert Jones, Jr., Lida Jones, Nicholas Jones, Joshua Jones, Dimitri Jones, Great-Grandchildren, Kenndy, Morgan and Dallas Redd, Javier Rogers and Ariana Jones a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services will be conducted 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 23, 2013 at the First Baptist Church, 801 6th Avenue, Huntington, West Virginia, with Pastor Donte' Jackson and reverend Roy Terry, officiating. The family will receive friends fromm 11:00 A.M. until the time of the service at the church.
