Sandra Lynn Radford
(July 25, 1957 - March 18, 2013)

Sandra Lynn Radford 55 of Huntington, West Virginia died Monday, March 18, 2013 at Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. She was preceded in death by her mother Sally Campbell Barnes Adkins and her biological father Sam Barnes. She was formerly employed by the Department of Health and Human Services, Child Protection Services Division. She is survived by her husband of nearly 25 years, John Radford. Two Daughters Sally (Joe Cross) Roffinoli and Taryn ( Chris) Radford Tomblin. Two Brothers, Scott (Debbie) Adkins and Stuart (Deborah) Adkins. Her Step-Father Jim Adkins, 5 Grandchildren, and dear friends Dreama Tackitt and Lorrain Pittman and a host of other relatives and friends. A Memorial Service will be 5:00 P.M. Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5640 Shawnee Drive, Huntington, West Virginia 25705.
