James Beecher Myers, Jr.
(December 14, 1953 - December 25, 2015)

James Beecher Myers, Jr., 62 of Huntington passed away December 25, 2015 at his home. He was born December 14, 1953, a son of the late James Beecher Myers, Sr. and Ossie Lousie Cabell. He was a retiree of CSX and Marshall University. James was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, a member of Alexander Freeman Lodge #2, where he served as district deputy and worked at WMUL for Marshall University. In addition to his parents, James was preceded in death by his Life Long Soul Mate; Everlean Myers-Terry; sister, Lottie Figg and brother Lonnie Myers. He leaves behind to mourn his loss, his loving daughters; Jazzmin Strong and Shauntay Myers. Also surviving, sisters; Cecil Sexton, Jacqueline Forman (George) and Deborah Terry; brothers, Tony Myers and David Myers; two grandchildren, Izeyah and C.J. A host of nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends. A Memorial Services will be held 4:00p.m., Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home with Rev. Reginald Hill officiating. Masonic rights will he held. Visitation will one hour prior to service time at the funeral home.
