David Shannon Waugh
(March 10, 1970 - July 22, 2015)

David Shannon Waugh, 45, of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord, July 22, 2015. David was born March 3, 1970 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his mother Phyllis Ann (Byrd) Waugh. He was survived by his father Raymond Edward Waugh, sister; Mary Waugh and brother; Timmy Waugh. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 25, 2015 at Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home at 2 P.M. with visitation one hour prior.
