Cecelia L. Whitley, 59 of Huntington, WV passed away on June 4, 2016 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. She was born on March 2, 1957 in Huntington, WV; a daughter of Freddie C. Whitley and Pearl A. Cotton. Cecelia was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by two aunts, Pamela Cotton and Sibyl Carter; a host of cousins and by the loving staff and friends she had at Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital.
