Estella Columbia Boyd
(November 15, 1943 - January 04, 2019)

Estella Columbia Boyd, 75 of Huntington, WV went home to be with the Lord on January 4, 2019 with Patricia Russell, Nanetta Smith, Mark Russell, Terri Courts and Mary Spurlock by her side.  She was born November 15, 1943 in Yukon, WV; a daughter of Claude Harvey and Bertha Crider. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jimmie Boyd, Sr.; her son, Jimmie Boyd, Jr.; her siblings: James Harvey, Milton Harvey and Hazel Bullock. She leaves behind to mourn her loss, her children: Patricia Russell (Mark), Nanetta Smith (Ronald), Alice Arboleda (Alvaro), Rose Obregon (Julio), Julius Lee Boyd, II and Tina Turner. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; her siblings: Joan Harvey, Claude Harvey, II (Gertrude) and Mary Arnold; a special caregiver, Mary Spurlock; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 10 a.m. at Full Gospel Assembly with Bishop Samuel R. Moore officiating. Visitation will be one-hour prior to service. Her wishes were to be cremated and her remains will be interred in McDowell County, WV.
