Clifford Bailey Born to the late William B. Bailey and the late Bessie Cameron Bailey in Detroit, Michigan on October 18, 1956. He was educated in the Wayne County School system. Clifford had past employment with several companies in the cities of Detroit, Michigan, Macon and Warner Robins, Georgia, and Huntington, West Virginia. In November, 2001, he was united in holy matrimony to Tabatha J. Montford of Warner Robins, Georgia in the city of Jesup, Georgia. Their union bore one child, Samantha R. Bailey; and became stepfather to Tabatha’s two children. Clifford was preceded in death by four brothers from his father’s first marriage: Matthew Bailey Sr, Clifford Marcus, William Franklin Bailey, and James Bailey who all were from Newnan, Georgia. The siblings who heard the Lord’s call from Clifford’s parents union were: Dennis Bailey, Lester Bailey, Ethelene Bailey; all of Detroit, Michigan, and Larry G. Bailey of Warner Robins, Georgia. Clifford had also lost a stepson, Derrick Montfort of Warner Robins, Georgia. Clifford Bailey heard the Lord’s call and answered to Him on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at his residence, 1701 Kranklin Avenue; Huntington, West Virginia. Left to share his life story: his wife, Tabatha J. Bailey, Warner Robins, Georgia. His eldest son, Clifford Hunt of Detroit, Michigan; daughter, Samantha R. Bailey and step-daughter Angelica Montford of Warner Robins, Georgia. His loving and caring siblings: William T. Bailey Jr (Jeannetta) Kathleen, Georgia; Michael Bailey (Geraldine) and Brenda Bailey, both of Detroit, Michigan. One uncle, Anthony Bailey of Dayton, Ohio. Mother-in-law, Renell Montford; brothers and sisters in-laws: Barbara Fluellen, Centerville, Georgia; Larry Hicks (Cheryl) Conyers, Georgia; Herman Hicks (Michelle) Byron, Georgia; Edward Montford (Nena) Atlanta, Georgia; Kimberly Henley, Charlene Addison, Marvin Montford all of Warner Robins, Georgia, and Lynn Montford of Macon, Georgia. Clifford’s “Shining Stars,” which is his twelve grandchildren; along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Services are incomplete at this time.
