Madge Elaine Crouch
(October 28, 1930 - December 16, 2020)



Madge Elaine Crouch

   Of Charleston, WV, went home to be with Jesus on December 16, 2020 at the age of Ninety years, One month & Eighteen days. She as born October 28, 1930 in Jackson County, WV to the late Warren Westley and Goldie Mae (Duff) Lanham. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her loving husband of 49 years, Howard Crouch Jr.

   Those left to celebrate her memory is her only son: Howard D. Crouch of St. Albans, WV, granddaughter: Lily Crouch, her mother: April Crouch of Hurricane WV, granddaughter: Tabby (Jeremy) Smith, and their two sons: Lincoln Cooper, and Ford Lennon, one niece: Dr. Michaela (John) Kessler of Charleston, WV and a special friend: Margie Anderson of Hernshaw, WV.

Madge was a very dedicated and hard-working woman. She started at the age of 12 and worked until the age of 88. Madge enjoyed crocheting and getting into trouble with her little buddy Ford Lennon (5).

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Susan Cavender for being a very special friend to Madge, to Hospice Care and her nurse Candice for proving excellent care, and compassion to Madge and her family during her final days.

There will be no service, she will be cremated and laid to rest beside her husband at Cunningham Cemetery in St. Albans, WV.
