Robert Thomas Lucas
(February 19, 1959 - December 16, 2020)

Robert “Tommy” Lucas

   of Salt Rock, WV, went home to be with the Lord on December 16, 2020 at the age of Sixty-One years, Nine months & Twenty-Seven days. He was born February 19, 1959 in West Hamlin, WV to the late Leonard Lucas & Willa Marie Lucas Nelson. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by six brothers & sisters: Byrd Everette Nelson, Walden Nelson, Dillard Lucas, Collie Lucas, Shirley Newman & Freda Harless. Robert was a member of Emmanuel Community Church of Huntington, WV. 

   Those left to cherish Robert’s memory include his wife of Thirty-Seven years: Kimberly (Blevins) Lucas, three sons: David Lucas, Jeremy Lucas, Leonard Lucas, four daughters: Crystal King, Amber Lucas, Tiffany (Rachel)  Culbertson, Tabbatha Lucas, four sisters: Myrtle Clonch, Elizabeth Shaffer, Louise Gibson, Nina Breedlove, two brothers: Luther Nelson, Roy “JR” Nelson, special caretaker & friend: Donna Lucas-Whaley and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family & friends who love him very much. 

   A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. Ferrell-Chambers Funeral Home, Huntington, WV is assisting the family.
