John Marion Beckelheimer, 85, of Milton, passed away Thursday, January 14, 2015 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Huntington. Born August 23, 1930 in Logan County, he was a son of the late Delbert Beckelheimer and Carrie Clay. John retired from CSX after 40 years of dedicated service and was an avid bluegrass fan. He is survived by his wife, Arbra Beckelheimer; his children, John Beckelheimer Jr., Greg Beckelheimer, Cynthia Garrison, Stacey Randle and Kellie Wood; grandchildren, Eric, Christie, Gretchen, Sarah, Jay, Allen, Andrea, Kennedy, Hunter, Hayden and Mason, and several great-grandchildren. Services will be held privately by John’s family.
