ObituaryKAREN D. STOWASSER, 59, of Milton, went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 20, 2004, in St. Mary's Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with the Rev. Forrest Cummings officiating. Burial will follow in Bias Chapel Cemetery, Milton. She was born March 9, 1945, in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of Mary Ratcliff Belville and the late William Ratcliff. She was a schoolteacher for more than 30 years and was a member of Bias Chapel Church and the Eastern Star Lodge #149, Milton. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Teddy Stowasser; and two sons and one daughter-in-law, Chuck Stowasser of Milton and Edward and Brittany Stowasser of Milton. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 22, at Heck Funeral Home.
