Obituary

MRS. ALZANA MAXINE TAYLOR, 79, of Milton went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, December 6, 2005, at her residence. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m., Thursday, December 8, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with the Rev. Tracy Mills officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born June 3, 1926 in Huntington, W.Va., a daughter of the late John Cecil and Liddia Jewell Gibson. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harvey Harold Taylor; and her sister, Ila Mildred "Midge" Wells. She was a member of Union Baptist Church. She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Harold Keith and Donna Taylor and John Allen and Diana Jane Taylor, all of Milton; granddaughter Donna Lynn Garner of Virginia; grandsons John Allen Taylor Jr. of Cross Lanes and Shawn Eric Taylor of Milton; one great-grandson, Korbin Garner of Virginia; and a host of friends and loved ones. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, December 7, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home.
