Obituary

BERTHA LOUISE LUNSFORD, 89, of Milton went home to be with the Lord Monday, January 17, 2005, in Sunbridge Care and Rehab of Putnam. Funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 20, 2005, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with Pastor Paul Meadows officiating. Burial will follow in Milton Cemetery. She was born September 6, 1915, in Cabell County, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Clark and Alma Ball Neal. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Clovis Lunsford and one son, Gail Lunsford. She was a member of Milton Baptist Church. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Kenny Lucas of Milton; one son and daughter-in-law, Fred and Mary Lunsford of Ona; four grandchildren, Abby and her husband Mike Boyes, Melanie and her husband Bill Spencer, David Reeves and Crystal Lunsford; three great-grandchildren, Anthony Boyes, Nicholas Meadows and Jordan Reeves and two special friends, Lillian Peck and Jim McDonnie. Friends may call from noon to 2 p.m. at the funeral home the day of the service.
