Obituary

Guster D. Jackson, 81, of Milton went home to be with his Lord, Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at his residence.  Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, September 2, 2006 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Entombment will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.  Guster was born March 12, 1925 in Cabell County a son of the late Eli and Chessie Johnson Jackson.  He is also preceded in death by one sister, Lucy Jackson; two brothers, Henry Jackson and Eli Junior Jackson.  He served his country in the United States Army during the World War II and the Korean Conflict.  He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Mildred Beckett Jackson; two daughters and sons-in-law, Peggy and Rodney Setliff of Fraziers Bottom, WV and Penny and Roger Clark of Milton; one son and daughter-in-law, Eddie and Effie Jackson of Loveland, OH; one sister, Opal Stratton; two brothers, Benjamin Jackson and Willard Jackson all of Milton; grandchildren, Tessa and Corey Lilly of Huntington, Michael Jackson of Milton, Anthony Setliff of Fraziers Bottom, WV, Deanna Clark of Milton, Nicole Jackson and Charlie Brooks both of Loveland, OH.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 1, 2006 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
