Obituary

Eloise Marie Chapman Meadows, 64, of Milton passed away Thursday, December 14, 2006 at Hospice House of Huntington.  Funeral service will be conducted 1:00 PM, Tuesday, December 19, 2006 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Rev. James Short officiating.  Burial will follow in Staton Chapel Cemetery, Milton.  She was born November 22, 1942 in Cabell Co., WV a daughter of the late Llewellyn Hesson and Callie Mae Hesson.  She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Richard Chapman; her second husband, Bertice “Bert” Meadows; brothers, Richard Lee and Robert ‘Bob’ Hesson.  In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her son, Roger Dale Chapman of Milton; two daughters, Kimberly Dawn Chapman of Ashton and Angie Gail Chapman of Apple Grove; four siblings, Roger Hesson of Huntington, Brenda Meadows of Hurricane, Cathy McCloud and Marsh “Bub” Hesson both of Huntington; six grandchildren, Nikki Dawn, Kristina Gail, Brittany Marie, Kayla May, Jessica Gail, and “a special grandson”, Matthew Scott Chapman (whom she raised); and her dog, Tiny.  She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 PM on Monday, December 18, 2006 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
