Huntington.
A memorial service will be conducted at 11a.m. Saturday, October 13, 2007,
at Heck Funeral Home, Milton; inurnment will follow in
Forest Memorial
Park,
Milton.
She was born March 29, 1932 in
Milton,
WV,
a daughter of the late Walter Carl and Amy Mae Janey Carter. She is
survived by a daughter and three sons, Jimmy Ford Flowers of Barboursville,
WV; Rocky Colin Flowers of Ceredo-Kenova, WV; Kim Ellen Miranda of
Oceanside, CA; Douglas Dwight Flowers of San Diego, CA; seven grandchildren,
Stacey (Flowers) Holiman, Rocky James Flowers, Trisha D. Miranda, Barry W.
Flowers, Jamie N. Miranda, Jeremy C. Flowers, Timothy J. “TJ” Flowers; four
great- grandchildren, Clinton G. Holiman, Samantha C. Holiman, Autumn K.
Hill, Ashton Nichole Faythe Flowers; four sisters and two brothers, Dulcie
Francis (Carter) Morris of Milton WV; Bruce T. Carter of Milton, WV; Phyllis
Carlene (Carter) Chavez of Las Crures, New Mexico; Michael M. Carter of
California, Maryland; Gloria Jean (Carter) Richmond Wood of Peru Indiana;
Betty Lou (Carter) Hendricks of Hopkinsville, Kentucky. She is preceded in
death by her husband James C. Flowers; 10 brothers and 2 sisters; great
grandson, Cody James Flowers. A special thank you to caregivers Tammy
Carter, Patty Shaffner, Roberta “Birdie” McCoy; a very special niece Connie
Leonard, and sister Betty Lou Carter. Friends my call from 10 to 11a.m.
