Obituary

Nina Pauline Scarberry, 79, of Milton went home to be with the Lord on October 31, 2007.  Funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 3, 2007 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Rev. Chelcie Gibson officiating.  Burial will follow in Barker Ridge Cemetery, Milton.  She was born April 16, 1928 a daughter of the late Rev. Bennie and Virgie Courts.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, George Nelson Scarberry; two sons, George, Jr. and Ricky; one daughter, Marsha Lynn Clay.  Pauline was a member of Union Baptist Church and a former employee of Owens-Illinois.  She is survived by three daughters, Drema D. Henrich, Debra S. Pauley, and Hope Meadows; seven grandchildren, Tammy, Scott, Monica, Ryan, Rachel, Nick and Justin; and seven beautiful great grandchildren; one brother, Bennie Courts; two sisters, Myrtle Cooper and Phyllis Lucas; and a host of family and friends.  She will be missed by all who knew her.  Visitation will be Friday, November 2, 2007 from 6 to 8 PM at Heck Funeral Home.
