J. “Dee” Lalik McCoy, 45, of
Ona,
W.Va. passed away Friday, February 8, 2008
at the University of Virginia Medical Center,
Charlottesville,
Va. Funeral
services will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2008 at Heck Funeral
Home, Milton. Burial will follow in
Forest
Memorial Park,
Milton. She
was born June 10, 1962 in
Logan
County, a daughter of
the late Homer Jackson and Doris L. Lalik. She is
survived by her husband, Orville McCoy; two children, Anthony Cremeans II of
Milton and Chastity Cremeans of Huntington. She was the
former owner and operator of Macahoys in
Milton.
Dee was an accomplished dart thrower and a
good friend to all who knew her. She worked at the
Village Inn in
Milton. She
is also survived by three brothers, Tom Lalik of
Ohio, Jack Lalik and wife of
Albany,
Ga. And Mark Lalik and fiancée
of Albany, Ga.; two sisters, June Cicconie of Ohio and Roberta Edwards and
her husband Louis of Washington, N.C.; mother-in-law, Sara McCoy of
Sarasota, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews and a special friend Larry
Bias and his family of Hamlin, W.Va. Friends may visit
from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, February 11, 2008 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
