Samuel Paul Clark
June 14, 1942 - March 3, 2010



Samuel Paul Clark, 67, of Ona, passed away Tuesday, March 2, 2010 in Tampa General Hospital, Tampa, FL. Funeral service will be conducted NOON Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. He was born June 14, 1942 in Logan Co., WV a son of the late Jess and Flossie Elizabeth Killen Hampton. He was retired from the Huntington Police Department after 25 years of service and a member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Goldstar Lodge 65. He was also a member of the Sons of the American Legion, Post 139, Milton and the Lebanon Lodge 68, AF & AM, Milton, and Elk Lodge 313. He was the owner of PJ Future Enterprises. He loved to hunt and spend time with his family, his grandchildren, Frankie, and his closest friends and hunting buddies. He is survived by two daughters, Tamara (Roger) Samples of Mt. Sterling, KY and Tiffany (Randy) Jones of Huntington; two sons, Timothy Clark of St. Louis, MO and Christopher (Laura) Clark of Wentenville, OH; seven grandchildren, Emily, Kyle, Megan, Cathleen, Jared, Jenny, and Daniel; two great grandchildren, Holden and Hayden; loving companion, Frankie; two sisters, Alice K. Hall of Jackson, TN and Lindell G. Hagley of Huntington. Visitation will be from 11 AM to NOON on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
