Alva “Bud” Henry, Jr. ,64, of Glenwood passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2010 in Glenwood. He was born April 30, 1946 in Cabell Co., WV a son of the late Alva, Sr. and Mae Marie Weekly Henry. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for Riley Development. He is survived by his wife, Anita Sydenstricker-Henry; mother of his children, Patsy Davis; sons, Russell Henry of Lesage and Hershel (Joyce) Henry of Arkansas; brothers, Ronnie Henry of Lesage, David Henry of Lesage, and Howard Henry of Wayne; sisters, Sonya Brown of Lavalette and Debra Blake of Lesage; grandchildren, Mason, Morgan, Kayla, and Genell. Bud’s wishes were to be cremated and the family has honored his wishes. There will be a time for family and friends to gather on Saturday, November 20, 2010 from 2 to 3 PM at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
