Joseph Charles Burns, 51, of Glenwood, passed away Monday, August 15, 2011 in Glenwood, WV. A memorial service will be conducted 3:00 PM, Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Rev. Don Reynolds officiating. Burial will be at a later date. He was born February 23, 1960 in Cabell Co., WV a son of Charles F. and Cora Caroline (Bocook) Burns. He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Sue Burns. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers and sisters, Diana Carter of Huntington, Danny Burns of Burlington, OH, Ray Burns of Ona, Debbie (Timothy) Horn of Guyandotte, and Mark Burns of Huntington; a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 PM on Saturday, August 20, 2011 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
