Letha Mae Murphy Bryan, formerly of Huntington, went home to join her mother, Bessie Burns and her grandmother, Gertrude Ellis on December 23, 2011 in Lakin, WV. She was born December 3, 1936 and was preceded in death by her first husband, Edgar Smith and her second husband, Charles Bryan. Mae was an avid Marilyn Monroe fan, especially of “Diamonds Are a Girl’s Best Friend”, of which she proudly enacted for all who were interested. To cherish her memories are a host of step-children and step-grandchildren and a very close friend and caregiver, Carlous Adams of Milton. At Mae’s request, she will be cremated and no services are scheduled at this time. Heck Funeral Home, Milton, WV has been entrusted to assist with arrangements per Mae’s request.
