Pearl H. Cooper, 95, of Milton, passed away Wednesday, June 8, 2011 in Teays Valley Center, Hurricane. Funeral service will be conducted 11 AM, Saturday, June 11, 2011 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Rev. Dr. Lynn Cartwright officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born June 2, 1916 in Doddridge Co., WV a daughter of the late Isaac L. and Lucinda Richmond Hildman. She was also preceded in death by her husband, William Kenneth Cooper; son, Thomas C. Cooper, Sr.; grandson, Thomas C. Cooper, Jr; and sixteen siblings. She was a retired cafeteria manager for Milton Elementary. She was a member of the Milton United Methodist Church, Milton Homemakers Club, and the Milton Senior Citizens. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Gary K. and Becky Cooper of Milton; sister, Maybel Swiger of Salem, WV; daughter-in-law, Marge Cooper of Wilmington, NC; three grandchildren, Mark Cooper, Greg Cooper, and Greta Clinger; six great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 9 PM, Friday, June 10, 2011 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.
