Raymond “Georgie” Foster, 57, of Culloden, WV, passed away Tuesday, December 25, 2012 at his residence. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, December 28, 2012 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with the Rev. Ray Sovine officiating. Burial will follow in Culloden Cemetery. He was born April 7, 1955 in Cabell County, WV, a son of the late George R. and Jewell A. Thomasson Foster. Georgie is survived by two brothers, Clinton Foster and his wife, Twenda of Culloden and Lawrence Foster and his wife, Cheryl of Hurricane; three sisters, Donna Norris and her husband, ED of Hurricane, Geneive Glenn of Hurricane and Ruby Davis and her husband, Truman of Culloden. Friends may call from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
