Heavens gates opened wide for Charlotte G. Ratcliff, 63 of Milton on Friday, September 21, 2012. She was greeted by her parents, Robert Earl and Hazel Virginia Walker Bills; her brother, Clifford Bills and sisters, Barbara Adkins, Jewell Bias and Verna Workman. Also rejoicing at her homecoming were her husband of 34 years, Larry Eugene Ratcliff and her precious son, James Earl Ratcliff as well as her Yorkshire Terrier, Poupon. Charlotte was a devoted Christian, wife and mother. Left to mourn are her sisters, Linda Holton of Salt Rock and Sue Mullins of Justice; brothers, Dan Bills of Barboursville and Ted Bills of Manchester, KY. Also, her children, Larry E. Ratcliff, Jr. of Milton, Mark (Sherry) Ratcliff of Huntington and Tiffany (Anthony) Ratcliff Napier of Huntington, as well as her precious grandson, Tanner Ratcliff of Huntington. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, followed by funeral service at 1 p.m. with Pastor E. S. Harper officiating. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington.
