Billy Lee Morris, 84, of Culloden, passed away Friday, March 8, 2013 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday, March 11, 2013 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Allen Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. He was born January 1, 1929 in Stickney, WV, a son of the late Sewell and Lula Jane Morris. Mr. Morris was a 1946 graduate of Milton High School, a veteran of the US Army and a Signal Engineer for CSX Railroad. He is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Jean Scott Morris; one son, Stephen Morris of Milton; one daughter, Sherrill Morris of Mooresville, NC; one granddaughter, Amy Lynn Oakley and her husband, Craig of Wilmington, NC; two great grandchildren, Brandon and Christian Oakley; one brother, Danny Morris and his wife, Sharon of Barboursville; one sister, Barbara Persinger of Barboursville and a special aunt, Louella Rickman of Beckley, WV.
