Rosemary Dial-Bailey, 74, of Milton passed away Saturday, February 1, 2014 at her residence. Services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with visitation beginning at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton. She was born February 28, 1939 in Sciotoville, OH, a daughter of the late Myron and Rosa Simones. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Jerri L. Dial-McCallister. Rosemary is survived by her husband, Gene Bailey; one son, Robert “Wesley” Dial and his wife, Bridget of Milton; two daughters, Jennifer Dial of Houston, TX and Deborah “Janie” Dial of Nashville, TN; two brothers and one sister.
