Obituary
BILLIE GENE SETLIFF,
76, of Wayne, widower of Ima (Hughes) Setliff, passed away on Wednesday, May
20, 2015 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born on March 2, 1939 in
Hurricane, a son of the late Amber and Juda (Carpenter) Setliff. In addition
to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by a son, Terry Lee
Setliff, and his brothers, Clarence, Ernest, Alfred Jr. and Amos Setliff. He
is survived by his daughter Cindy (Gregory) Hatten; grandchildren, Justin
Setliff and his fiancée Marianne Conrad, Zachary (Amy) Setliff, Courtney
(Brady) Wellman, Eric Hatten and his girlfriend Kaitlin Christian; and
special friend, Judy Hagar. Mr. Setliff was a retired accountant from Sunoco
Chemical Company (currently Braskem America) and a member of the Freewill
Baptist Church in Lavalette. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May
23, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, with Pastor Ray Williamson
officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Memorial Park, Milton. Visitation
will be held from 11:00 AM until time of the service at the funeral home.
