Jackie Lee Chapman
 (September 9, 1940 ~ September 12, 2017)

Jackie Lee Chapman, 77, of Hurricane, WV, passed away Tuesday, September 12, 2017 in Riverside Nursing and Rehab, Dayton, OH after a long illness.  He is survived by daughters, Tracy and Linda of Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Ted and JoAnn and nephew, William Black.  Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 15, 2017 at Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum, Milton. Heck Funeral Home, Milton is in charge of services.
