Alyce (Walden) Ball
(May 18, 1930 - April 28, 2018)

Alyce Walden Ball, 87, of Milton went home to be with the Lord Saturday, April 28, 2018 in Cabell-Huntington Hospital.  She was born May 18, 1930 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Alvin and Zelma Meadows Walden.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Lewis G. Ball and sister, Beatrice Harbour.  Alyce was a member of Milton Baptist Church as well as the Junior 20th Century Club and the Covered Bridge Garden Club.  She was also very active in the American Baptist Women Ministries.  She is survived by two daughters, Leah Ball of Huntington and Lucinda Addis and her husband, Philip of Culloden; two grandsons, Jason Addis of Hurricane and Ryan Addis of Culloden; great grandchildren, Kelsea, Hadley and Garrett Addis and brother-in-law, Paul F. Harbour of SC.  Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton.  Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 2 at the funeral home with Pastor Allen Stewart officiating.  Burial will follow in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville.
