James Thomas Pillichody
(June 28, 1957 - January 8, 2019)

James Thomas “Jim” Pillichody, 61, of Milton, husband of Marianna Pillichody, passed away Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at his residence.  He was born June 28, 1957 in Dayton, OH, a son of Nancy Hurd Pillichody and the late Charles Thomas Pillichody.  Jim was a 1988 Graduate of Marshall University and worked as a bedding specialist at Big Sandy Superstore in Teays Valley.  In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two daughters, Tricia Dent Clark and her husband, Alan of Ashland, KY and Amber Dent Fetty of Milton; one son, James Thomas Pillichody of Huntington; sister, Susan Miller of Marietta, OH; brother, Jeff Pillichody and his wife, Lori of Harrisonburg, VA; six grandchildren, Michael Dent, John Fetty, Sheridan Fetty, Brandon Clark, Navy Jade Crouch-Pillichody and Zeppelin Pillichody; very special aunt and uncle, Bill Hurd and his wife, Sue and Marilyn Vanderpool; special mother-in-law, Kathryn Combs of Hurricane; special companion, his dog Jade and several nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, January 10, 2019 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton, where a memorial service will follow at 7:30 with Pastor Allen Stewart officiating.
