Hazel Lucille (Hayes) Salmon
(August 8, 1933 - January 22, 2019)

Hazel Lucille Salmon, 85, of Milton passed away Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House in Huntington.  She was born August 8, 1933 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Walter and Mary Hayes.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Austin Earl Salmon and a granddaughter, Sheena Salmon.  Hazel is survived by one son, Tim Salmon of Milton; two grandchildren, Leslie Salmon of Huntington and Logan Salmon of Birmingham, AL; two brothers, Freddie Hayes of Ona and Pete Hayes of Milton; one sister, Rosie Hensley of Huntington; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 28, 2019 at Heck Funeral Home, Milton with Pastor Jeff Dailey officiating.  Burial will follow in Harvey Creek Cemetery, Hamlin.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service Monday at the funeral home.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington.
