Nicholas Earl Schweitzer
1967 - 2007

NICHOLAS EARL SCHWEITZER, 40, of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Huntington, passed away Friday, January 5, 2007 at his residence in Atlanta. He was born January 28, 1967, in Huntington, WV, the son of Joseph and Carol Schweitzer of Huntington. He was preceded in death by a brother Donald Schweitzer. In addition to his parents he is survived by one brother and sister-in-law and two nieces, Mark and Kelly Matheson Schweitzer, and Beatrice and Daisey Schweitzer all of Toronto Canada. Nick was a graduate of Marshall University and he attended the university of Georgia Athens, Graduate Program in Journalism. Nick was a Senior Creative Coordinator for Georgia Technology Authority. A memorial service was held in Atlanta Sunday, January 7, 2007 with more than 70 in attendance. Funeral service will be a private graveside service at Springhill Cemetery, Thursday, January 11, 2007, with the Rev. Greg Creasy officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the Salvation Army, Humane Society and Aids Research. HENSON MORTUARY, Barboursville is in charge of arraignments.
