Obituary

MANT W. FERGUSON, 97, of Chesapeake, OH, passed away Friday, December, 5, 2008 at St. Mary's Medical Center. She was born December 2, 1911 in Midkiff, West Virginia, the daughter of John and Ida Steth White. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Luther Ferguson in 1995. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara and Carlton Nelson of Barboursville and Gretna and Gary Watson, of Sebring FL. She is also survived by Grandchildren, Carla Linville, Huntington, Blaine Nelson, Huntington, Jimmy Nelson, Winston-Salem NC, Chad Nelson, and Matthew and Mark Watson. There were nine great grandchildren and two great, great, grandchildren that survived Mrs. Ferguson. Mrs. Ferguson was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church in Chesapeake, OH. Funeral will be on Sunday, December 7, 2008, at 2:30 PM at HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE. Visitation will be at 1:00 until service time on Sunday. Burial will follow in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington with the Dr. Alfred Walker officiating. The family would like to extend a special thanks to a very special caregiver, Juanita Blevins and a special niece and husband, Janet and Alfred Walker.
