1938 - 2008

JUNE MARIE WILLlAMS, 69, of Annapolis, Maryland, died February 7, 2008 in Beaufort, South Carolina. She was born June 22, 1938, in Annapolis, Maryland, the daughter of the late Gordon and Blanche Hammer Willias, Sr. Ms. Williams was retired from the Maryland Statehouse, where she served as administrative aid ,to the Honorable John Astle, State Senator, who was formerly of Barboursville, WV. At Ms. Williams request, her ashes will be scattered in The Chesapeake Bay, in Annapolis on Saturday, June 14, 2008, 3:00 P.M. on the shores of Chesapeake Bay. Presiding at this service will be her cousin, Page Anderson and the Honorable Ellen Moyer, Mayor of Annapolis. A reception and visitation will follow the service at the home of Page Anderson, Annapolis, Maryland. She was survived by one daughter, Linda Keefer and husband Matt of Barboursville, WV, a brother, Dr. Gordon Williams, Jr,. and wife Allice of Lexington, VA , a nephew, Skip and two nieces, Barbara and nalncy.
