MRS. RUTH LANGDON TRIPLETT MC DANIEL, 79, of Locust Grove, Georgia, passed away March 10, 2008 at Henry Medical Center. Mrs. McDaniel, was born in Cabell County, WV the daughter of the late Dorothy May Davis and Earl Wesley Langdon. She was a member of Bible Baptist Church of Hampton, GA. Mrs. McDaniel was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed her family, friends, grandchildren, reading, crossword puzzles, and TV game shows. Husbands, Norwood Triplett and Frank McDaniel; sisters, Elizabeth Dail and Margaret Holshouser preceded her in death. Survivors are her children, David (Dolores) Triplett of Griffin, GA and Ricky (Cindy) Triplett of Locust Grove; granddaughters, Andrea Cobb of Griffin, Natalie Farmer of McDonough and Valerie Moore of Greenville, SC; and great grandchildren, Wesley Triplett, Aaron Farmer, and Kate Moore. Funeral services for Mrs. McDaniel will be Thursday, March 13, 2008, 11:00 AM at Bible Baptist Church, 2780 Mt. Carmel Rd., Hampton, GA 30228 with Rev. Brad Blanton officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 6-8:00 PM at Haisten Funeral Home, McDonough. A graveside service will be held Saturday, March 15, 2008, at 1:00 PM at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV, with Dr. Tim Yates officiating. The family will receive friends at Henson Mortuary Barboursville, WV from 10 - 12:30PM on Saturday prior to the service. HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE is in charge of arrangements locally.
