EVELYN RUTH GRAHAM
EVELYN RUTH GRAHAM, 84, of Huntington, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House after a long-term illness. Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 31, 2009, at Forest Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel, Milton, West Virginia, with Minister Danny Evans of the Farmdale Church of Christ officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park. She was born on August 29, 1925 in Huntington, West Virginia. She was a life-long member of the Church of Christ with her latest membership and fellowship with the Sixth Avenue Church of Christ congregation. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Mark Graham and by her parents, Morris and Ruth Beard and a younger sister, Mary Graham. She leaves behind two brothers William Beard and Robert Beard and their spouses all of Huntington. She also leaves four children, three daughters, Glenda Denonbren and her husband, Steve of Floresville, Texas, Becky Davis and her husband Curt of Lavallette, West Virginia, Deborah Dahler of Huntington; one son, Glenn Graham, Jr. and his wife, Rosemary, of Atlanta, Georgia. Also remaining are eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren, and two great, great-grandchildren. The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff of Wayne Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Wayne, West Virginia and to St. Mary's Medical Center and Hospice of Huntington. Friends may call from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at the HENSON MORTUARY. HENSON MORTUARY BARBOURSVILLE is handling the arrangements for the family.
