PATSY LEE ADKINS-SAUNDERS
Patsy Lee Adkins Saunders, 77 of Huntington, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2010 at home. She was born April 4, 1933 in Huntington, the daughter of the late Carl and Erma Burrows Adkins. She was also preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Joan and Viv Jeffrey and a nephew, Scot t Sprouse. She is survived by her husband of 58 years, A. David Saunders. She also leaves behind two daughters, Tina Kraft and her husband, Fred of Houston, TX and Patrice Daniel and her husband, Jim of Huntington. She is also survived by her devoted grandchildren, Joseph and Caroline Kraft of Atlanta, Ga., J.D. Daniel of Huntington, W.Va., Catherine Daniel of Washington, D.C.; her brother-in-law,, Bruce Sprouse and wife, Beth; nephew, Ronald Jeffrey, and wife Patricia; niece, Leigh Anne Sprouse; dearly loved friends, both lifelong and new, Bill and Joyce Frazier, Jim and Ruth Daniel, Mike and Evelyn Skeens, Edna Skeens ,and Tim Easterling. The family would also like to express appreciation to the nurturing congregation of Central Christian Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 13, 2010 at Woodmere Abbey of Remembrance Chapel, by Rev’s Monty Brown, Kevin Snow officiating. Entombment will follow. Memorial donations may be directed to Central Christian Church in her memory. Henson Mortuary, Barboursville is caring for the family.
