Obituary
DR. ROBERT WALKER YOAK Dr. Robert Walter Yoak, 84 of Bethlehem, Ga, formerly of Huntington, W.Va., passed away on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 in Qwinnett Medical Center, Lawrenceville, Ga. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va. with Pastor David Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Cemetery, and Memorial Park, Huntington, W.Va. He was born March 15, 1926 in Calhoun, Co., W.Va. the son of the late Robert J. Yoak, Jr. And Madge A. Smith. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Leora Mildt Yoak of Bethlehem, Ga., one daughter, Janet Light of Charleston, W.Va; one son, Rodney Yaok; eight grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was a 32 Degree Mason and 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge, member of the Order of Eastern Star in Guyandotte, W.Va, served in the Army-Air force in WWII. and was Baptist by faith. He was a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, practiced in Benton, KY. and was a member of the American Chiropractic Association and member of the Antique Automobile Club of America. Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until service time at Henson Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va on Friday, March 11, 2011. Memorial contributions may be made to Gratis Church, P.O. Box 345 Monroe, Ga 30655. Members of the Masonic Lodge will serve pallbearers.
