JAMES THOMAS SHANK
(December 30, 1947 - September 18, 2014)

James Thomas Shank, 66, of Flatwoods, KY, passed away, Thursday, September 18, 2014 in Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was born December 30, 1946 in Huntington, W.Va. the son of the late, Thomas Dudley and Bernice Erwin Shank. He was a retired Machinist with CSX and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Donna Rice Shank of Jacksonville, Fla; four daughters, Tiffany Dawn Shank, Rebecca Dianne Shank, Sheri Renee Shank and Tammy Ann Shank Heath (Mike) all of Jacksonville, Fla.; one sister Patricia Mauer of Pompano Beach, Fla; one brother, Thomas Shank of Costa Rica and a special friend, Sharon Sawyer of Ashland, KY; two grandsons, Colin Michael Hammons and Xavier King Bunch and one granddaughter, Dana Michel Shank. At his request, there will be no services. Arrangements under the care of Henson & Kitchen Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va.
