Obituary
Ralph Richard
“Dick” Louden, 87 of Huntington, W.Va. passed away, Friday,
February 12, 2016. He was born October 4, 1928 in Richwood, W.Va. the son of
the late, John William and Eloise Elizabeth Serianni Louden. In addition to
his parents, he was also preceded in death by one son, Richard Allen Louden
and one brother, John William Louden, Jr. He was a retired Service Manager
at National Cash Register with 40 years of service, a U.S. Air Force
Veteran, member of the Gold Wing Road Riders Club, member of the Mountaineer
Sportsman and Gun Club and member of Christ Temple Church. He loved riding
motorcycles, tennis tournaments, hunting, and fishing and coached youth
athletics. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Patricia “Pat”
Whitlock Louden of Huntington, W.Va; children, Joseph Edward Louden (Liza)
of Huntington, W.Va, Shawn David Louden (Shellie) of Frankfort, KY, Brian
Eric Louden (Nikki Jo) of Huntington, W.Va. and Elizabeth Ann Louden of
Huntington, W.Va; daughter-in-law, Collene Louden of Huntington, W.Va;
brothers, Harold “Chuck” Wilton Louden (Jean) and Thomas Edwin Louden all of
Parkersburg, W.Va; grandchildren, Ryan Thomas Louden, Paige Elizabeth
Wiggins, Ashleigh Taylor Louden, Christian Louden, Lauren Elizabeth Louden,
Jackson David Louden, Courtney Spurlock (Aaron), Maggie Marie Louden and
Jeremy Allen Louden (Robbie); great-grandchildren, Makenna, Malakhi, Malahna,
Makhiya, Alistair and Eidolon. Celebration of life services will be
conducted at 7:00 pm on Friday, February 19, 2016 at Henson & Kitchen
Mortuary, Barboursville, W.Va. with Pastor Chuck Lawrence officiating. The
family will receive friends from 6-7 pm at the funeral home prior to
services.
