Phillip Ray Johnson, 65 of Chesapeake, OH, formerly of Maryville, TN died, Sunday, October 9, 2016 in Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio.  He was born July 28, 1951 in Dayton, Ohio, the son of the late, Farley and Mary E. Diehl Johnson.  He was the owner of Tennessee Taxi Service and member of First Apostolic Church of Maryville, TN. He is survived by his wife, Dina Sue Abbott Johnson; his son, Scott Allen Johnson; sister, Clova Marie Harris of Palm Coast, FL. and one brother, Roy Lee (Karen) Johnson of Huntington, W.Va. and a several nieces, nephews and a host of friends.  Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at New Beginning Apostolic Church, Huntington, W.Va. with Pastor Kenneth Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Huntington, W.Va. The family will receive friends an hour prior to services at the church on Thursday.
