Nancy Phyllis Riley, 83 of Huntington, WV widow of Clifford Riley, Jr. passed away Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the Wyngate Assisted Living, Barboursville, WV. She was born February, 3, 1935 in Lycoming County, PA. She was a homemaker. Arrangements are incomplete at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, East Pea Ridge Rd.
