Robert “Bob” Wilson Doss, 89 of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, August 11, 2018 in St. Mary's Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born May 29, 1929 in Huntington, WV the son of the late, Cline and Marie Wilson Doss. He was a retired Mechanical Maintenance Forman at Huntington Alloys, lifetime member of Pea Ridge United Methodist Church and an avid collector of hit and miss engines. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Emily Doss; sisters, Emma Margaret Choquett and Mary Louise Waldeck. He is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Lee Fisher Doss of Huntington, WV; children, Randy Georgina) Doss of Milton, WV, Celia (Don) Vargo of Milton, WV, Jerrilee Doss and Ray Felix of Richmond, CA and Jeff (Tammy) Doss of Huntington, WV; sister, Ruth Handley of Merritt Island, FL; grandchildren, Catherine, Alex, Jenny, Becky, Abby, Miranda, Ysabel and Raymond; great-grandchildren, Laila, Lane, Graysen, Jackson and Lily. Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 PM on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Pea Ridge United Methodist Church with Rev. Angela Gay Kinkead officiating. Burial will follow in the Wilson Cemetery, West Pea Ridge Rd. Huntington, WV. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until service time on Saturday at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Pea Ridge United Methodist Church or the West Virginia State Special Olympics.
