Juanita Tackett Chapman, 94, of Barboursville, passed away Nov 13th, 2018. She was born on Aug 18th, 1924, the only child of the late Henry Owen and Thelma Tackett. She was a retiree of INCO. She lost her youngest son Mark Edward Chapman in 1984. Juanita is survived by her son Robert Owen 'Maynard' Chapman and his wife Nyoka. Henson & Kitchen Mortuary East Pea Ridge Road, Huntington is assisting the family. There will be a graveside service only on Nov 17th at 1 pm at Ridgelawn Memorial Park.
