David Hill, 90, formerly of David Hill Stamps and Coins in Barboursville, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in St. Mary's Medical Center. He was born on June 30, 1928; the son of the late John Hill and Ada Sheppard Hill. He was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge #506 in Ferndale, Michigan. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Tibbenham Hill. He is survived by three daughters, Gloria (Michael Connick) of Huntington, Michelle Hill of Barboursville, and Jean Chappell of Charlottesville, VA; seven grandchildren, Jason (Leigh Ann) Limb, Sara (Jacob Porter) Limb, Jennifer (Raymond) Wrensch, Bryan (Cassandra) Limb, Taylor (Patrick Dell) Limb, George Chappell Jr. and David (Casey Carande) Chappell; five great-grandchildren, Ender, Brooklyn, and Phoenix Limb, Genevieve and Makayla Wrensch. There will be a memorial service conducted at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, East Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at 7:00 PM with Rev. Patrick Elliot officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM on Saturday, at the mortuary.
