Erie Fay Thompson Maggard, 65 of Huntington, WV, went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 at St. Joseph Mt. Sterling Hospital. She was born on October 11, 1953 in Huntington, WV the daughter of the late Lindsey and Dora Belle Triplet Thompson. She was a homemaker, loved sewing and was a member of Christ Temple Church, Huntington, WV. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Christ Temple Church, Huntington, WV with Pastor Chuck Lawrence officiating. Burial will follow in the Thompson Cemetery, Genoa, WV. She is survived by her loving husband of 41 years, Donald Maggard of Huntington, WV; two children, Jason Michael (Cheryl Ann) Maggard and Crystal Lynn (Amos) Clark all of Winchester, KY; three brothers, Franklin (Patricia) Thompson of Wayne, Co, WV; Luke (Evelyn) Thompson of Boiling Brook, IL. and Gary Truman Thompson of Hamlin, WV and seven grandchildren and a host of family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6-8 PM on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, East Pea Ridge Road, Huntington, WV.
